I do hope that this letter finds you well. My name is Jembly Velwoshca, a second generation citizen of Sanctuary. I wish nothing more then to give back the city which I love, I aspire to do so by joining the watch. I had sought out another member of the watch, and it seems that he mislead me, as I ended up participating in a witch hunt. Private Dedrick sent me to lower in search of thralls… needless to saw I found one that fit the description in his flyer. After he was questioned by Sergeant Sunellar he was released, and I was left with the painful feeling of remorse. For what if something really happened to that man? What if Dedrick had allowed surgery to be preformed and he died as a result… would have I not been to blame?

I wish to prove that I am worthy of the station. The benevolent Sergeant took the time to discuss things with me, and suggested that I meet you. Perhaps even accompany you on a patrol or two to both test my skills and to see what I learn. I am currently residing at the Last Stand, and would make myself available at a time convenient to you.
