Hey Stouts,

Some nights ago, I was out with Dak--one of yours--attempting to challenge some fortified goblins.

We had with us an elf named Taine. According to the Watch, he's a known criminal with a bounty on his head. Apparently Dak didn't know, because he invited him along when we met him on a bridge.

During the raid, I was knocked unconscious, and Taine helped himself to my coin pouch and a ball of ice I won fairly at auction. The girl with us saw the whole thing.

Please warn your folks about working with criminals and to watch out for him if you see him. I'm sure the Watchies could give you a list.

And if ya happen to come across my stuff, I'd appreciate it returned.
