As I understand it, Barak'tor is rented to the dwarves per month, at cost. I would like to purchase it! How do I go about doing this?

Sir Alabaster Rubyglow Earl of Gnomekind

Citizen Alabaster,

I do not think it is for sale. However, you may wish to make an appointment with the Sheriff to discuss the matter. I doubt very much, however, that he will be willing to evict the current tenants without just cause.

I would like to speak to a superior about it then! I would not wish to bother the Sheriff with such a trivial matter if it is not required. Whom may I speak to within the Watch force above yourself who may know more?

Sir Alabaster Rubyglow Earl of Gnomekind

I have recently learned that the Stoutheart dwarves are willingly and knowlingly dealing with a society of slaving lizardfolk in order to make gold off from the pockets of Sanctuary's citizens, and am more than willing to consider the permanent sale of the property. Submit an offer or speak with me in person.

Sheriff Azzam

Steps are being taken to set up a joint company between several good causes in the city. It has been decided that should we be given this property, a public forge, craftsarea, storage room, and lecture hall will be set up as well as defence against the chosen pursued with careful plans, with a silver lining. We wait on the approval of Sir Gimminy and the engineering district of the city to pledge their aid before we set it up as a formal proposal! Be assured, we will not stoop to dealing with slavers and corruption.
