By now, I'm certain that you have heard about the massive explosion that tore through the Seeker Halls, destroying much of one of the walls.

I would like to humbly request your assistance to help us divine the identity of the person or persons responsible for this calamity.

Please come by and see me, and we can discuss what you may require to get you started on this. This investigation takes precedence to us over any other matter that we've discussed prior to this letter.

There is much to discuss here. I am curious if this explosion is linked to the one that killed Councilor Colivin and is also politically motivated. I am curious if you can provide me with some maps that will help me follow up a strange portent I've read. Specifically, a map of Lower and Upper Sanctuary, the Dunwarren ruins, and the svirneblin caves beneath Lower Sanctuary.

All evidence, and my own scrying thus far suggests that an enemy may be using these tunnels to smuggle explosives into the near location of buildings. From there, this unknown enemy is likely returning to the ruins. Specifically, to prove this theory, I require a map detailing where the tunnels exist throughout the region--if a tunnel exists into the ruins then we have definitive proof and an excellent region in which to scout for those responsible.
