Description: The criminal is a dwarven male who is a member of the Ledskir Gang. He has dark skin, and is normally found alternating between Ledskir plate or rothe-hide garments. He wields a large weapon and is known to carry a large and impressive number of potions and other trinkets. He has a beard and speaks with a rough accent. He is to be considered highly dangerous. He has a father who spends most of his time at the Ledskir Gang's headquarters, the Gambling Hall, acting as a bouncer.
Current Location: He is currently hiding within Lower Sanctuary, taking refuge with the Ledskir's and within the Pissing Crone.
Notes: This criminal is to be delivered alive to the Sanctuary Watch House where he will stand trial for his crimes. He is highly dangerous as he has proven in the past. He should not be approached without preparations and preferably with numbers on your side.
