Description: The criminal is an elven male who wears black full plate, and is known to fight using both a trident as well as a sword and shield in battle. He is a priest of an unconfirmed deity. He does also carry a large number of potions and other trinkets, making him a highly dangerous foe. Additionally, the full plate he wears seems to force upon him some type of vulnerability to acid.
Current Location: He is currently hiding within Lower Sanctuary, taking refuge with the Ledskir's and within the Pissing Crone.
Notes: This criminal is to be delivered alive to the Sanctuary Watch House where he will stand trial for his crimes. He is highly dangerous as he has proven in the past. He should not be approached without preparations and preferably with numbers on your side.
