Bad Spawn Point

Maybe a foot infront of the cave that leads to the ogre quest from the Canal Ward is a spawn point for Deep Dire Frogs, True Seeing Umberhulks and Yuan-Ti's. Our party was leaving the quest, and as we transitioned through we got slaughtered in an instant.

So yeah, probably bad to have the spawn point so close to the cave. ;)

If you can't handle those things I would question your ability to handle what's in the orge cave. That place should be as difficult as what you find outside it.

There're several reasons why they likely got slaughtered, all of them pretty obvious.

The top might be the fact they zoned in ontop of said monsters.

Well I dunno Strife, you try spawning on top of 6 deep dire frogs that do 15 damage a hit, and being trapped behind the cave transition so you can't run, even with invisibility. :roll:

Wasn't trying to sound mean, it just seems an impossible situation.

I moved the closest spawn point around a corner.
