Gambling hall spawn point

Just a cosmetic, minor thing but I somehow am missing the "Nay, this place stinks worse than a rothe butt" or "Nothing nevermind" option.

While this should be fixed, and I'm not implying that you specifically don't know this, but pressing ESC exits such conversations (for anyone that may be unaware and find themselves trapped in a dialogue tree)

Now, the only possible answer is "Nothing", but the spawn point is set anyway. Even though it does not show as exactly to where it is set, but go figure.

thanks for the info (cos i didn't specifically know this). does pressing esc piss off the npc?

hardesh does pressing esc piss off the npc?

Nope!

Escaping out of a conversation means any scripts not yet fired won't fire. For conditional dialogues (branches that only appear if [...], such as turning in quests), sometimes you won't be able to access that specific dialogue branch again. For instance, turning in a quest and escaping before bluffing, intimidating, or persuading in an attempt to get a better reward means you can't talk to the NPC again and get those options (instead you'll get the default "take quest" dialogue). In singleplayer, this can seriously break things occasionally, but I doubt it'll be a problem on a PW (I'd be surprised to find any dialogues wherein specific branches may have dire consequences).
