I have read your posting regarding your invention. As a member of the Sanctuary Watch it is my top priority to ensure that this city remains safe, and free of these aberration threats. I make the immediate request for a personal meeting, so that I may inspect this device to see if it is as effective as you claim. If it is, I shall request that you place it within the hands of the Sanctuary Watch as we currently lack methods of detecting these thralls. Only we have the numbers, the resources, and the authority to combat this threat.

While I acknowledge the Watch in what they do, I am feeling uncomfortable about handing the device which I have personally tested at a 100% accuracy rate to a group of people who; even with such amounts of numbers, resources and authority to combat this threat, haven't managed to actively trace any Thralls down. If you'd truly put your mind to it, it would be a matter of a time. Instead, I challenge the individual to stand up for his freedom. This complex device uses such rare components that I'd find it a waste to lose it to a group of which I'm positive they'll never return it to me again.

It's true we haven't captured any Thralls as of yet, but this is primarily because we lack methods of detecting them in the first place. I will remind you that we are the only organization with legal authority in this city to track down and apprehend these creatures. The Society of the Ordered Mind acts outside of their jurisdiction if they make the attempt to do this outside of New Dunnwarren. Their actions are therefore, illegal, and punishable by the law.

It is a personal top priority of mine that these thralls be found. One of them has been slain by the Watch after it lured two high profile citizens away in an attempt to kill them. As we lack information on the beasts, I am sure in our meeting you could provide me with the necessary knowledge to combat them.

I highly encourage you to meet me at the Last Stand so that we may discuss this matter in person.

If, within now and two days time, no others bother reading my notices and try to contact me in regard to the device which has already proven most effective in tracing down Thralls, including two of the twelve Cocoon-mothers, I will schedule a meeting with you to hear you out; and consider the possibily of borrowing this tool to you.
