Hello DM team,

can a PC be converted into an NPC? The reason I ask is that Bobpah's old dwarf character Gimball is still alive however Bob no longer plays him. Bobpah is happy to let Gimball become a NPC and I think it'd be nice for the clan & add a little more ambience to the hall. Could it be possible for Gimball to converted into an NPC that hangs about the interior of barak-tor and have some dialogue options like telling the story of clan stoutheart? If the dialogue needs typing out, I'd be happy to do that and send it to you for your approval.
