The usually hot-tempered Sir Gimmins Gimmininy makes an appearance at the Town Hall Podium

It's true, my friends, my time has come. In my campaign, I promised to deliver a solution to the metal shortage and to set an example for Councilors today and for years to come.

I have succeeded in all of my endeavors in under a month.

Let this be proof that this system of government must be revised! Solutions take far too long to pass; too much time is spent bickering, and therefore too little time is spent making action.

I will be returning to the Office of Engineering as Chief Engineer where I will supervise our solution to the metal shortage. We will commission civil servants and adventurers to explore the depths of the Dunwarren Machine to salvage metal for city maintenance.

I implore all of those patriotic citizens of the Old Sanctuary to assist in this endeavor.
