It has been brought to my attention that Malak, the killer of a Priest of the Church of Our Lord Bane, Almighty, has been captured and detained. This is a letter stating my request that the stolen funds of the Church previously in the posession of Ilthraz Valdmar be confiscated by the Authority of the Watch and returned to Us.

We of the Church are willing to have deducted from the Sum the amounts necessary for the death taxes and other administrative fees, and We await your consideration and response on this matter.
