Your children can be saved, you can be saved. Yet, the Watch lacks the magical expertise or the laboratories to save you and your children. The Society of the Ordered Mind is over-zealous in their approach, resulting already in needless and avoidable deaths.

Trepidity Hectra

Considering the fact that Agent "Trepidity" Hectra (an incredibly apt name, given her apparent fear of ever setting foot outside the Spellguard Tower) spends the entirety of her days and nights locked away inside her vaunted tower, writing obsequious letters and dreaming of her first (and only) kiss (with a woman), I sincerely doubt she or the Spellguard could ever understand the travails of a pregnant female.
