To the ones who call themselves the Lower Loons and the Ledskir Gang:

I had heard you thugs were foolish, but I had not had evidence that you were utterly insane. I have heard that you have been assaulting my brother and sister Harbingers. This has gone on long enough. Consider yourselves enemies of the church to be beaten to your knees and taken before Hoar in judgement on sight.

To the People of Lower Sanctuary:

My friends, you have suffered under the oppression of gangs your whole lives. If it was not the Tiger eyes, it was someone else. Those someones are the Ledskirs and the Lower Loons. Together with your help, my brothers and sisters were able to clean the filthy gangs from their hovels and we can do this once again. You are not alone, good people. We will provide you with sanctuary within our territory and protection on the street. The time for hiding is over. The time for action is now.

I'm sure the people of lower won't forget the numerous times the lower loons kept the upper scum from coming down here as if nothing has happened since the seperation of the two. and lets not forget the time that bugbear went on a rampage killing lowers. It was the loons who extracted the justice for the defenceless, not the church. Your just angry that we're doing your job. I aint seen the church do anything to keep lower safe so before you start pointing fingers, do your part for lower and then I might have some respect for ya.
