How can I add someone to our forums? I must have tried everything except what I should do.

Being the mdoerator of a forum is only about you and that one forum.

A usergroup can only have one moderator, and if you're not that one person, you can't do anything but unsubscribe from a usergroup.

The forum software we're in the progress of migrating to (very slowly) should change that.
