would it be possible IG for clan stoutheart members being able to hand over gear not normally that could be sold to Krovus in order to improve his permanent inventory?

No money is needed and it's more as an IG thing to use the excess items to improve Krovus's stock rather than just throwing into the garbage.

I also see it as a dwarven trait for not wanting useful things to go to waste, Krovus can sell them for a tidy profit to other players.

As far as I know, we can't work with permanent inventories without going into the Toolset. As long as the items aren't completely worthless (stuff you'd find at Norma's), I'd be willing to add whatever you find. Just find me in-game so you can hand things over to Krovus, he'll bicker if he sees any items he doesn't like, and I'll add to the toolset someday after that.
