The halfling known as Frum currently awaits a trial for the capital crimes of murder, endangerment of Sanctuary, and resisting arrest through direct flight. One of you is requested to preside over his trial, depending upon when the criminal can be made present to stand to account for his actions.

As it stands, the criminal has admitted freely to the murder of a beggar in Lower Sanctuary, to consorting with the wanted criminal Snake during his liasons with undead and Drow, and to fleeing Private Hammersmith's attempts to arrest him.
