I'm not sure if its just me but I'd like to see a little more to dunwarren than just the one ruin area and the bowels of the machine. Perhaps there could be more qeusts in those area's but more dangers the deeper you go. I'd even prefer if the bowels of the machine went untouched and there was just more cityscape ruins or even a "lower" dunwarren ruins filled with nasty spiders, choosen, ozzes, constructs, vermin, maybe a qeust or two and what not.
Larger Dunwarren
I absolutely agree with this.
I'd like to see a huge Dunwarren with loads of ruins to explore. It would be great. It would open up more quest possibilities and give people more incentive to just organise a group to go there for the sake of exploration.
There'd also be much more room for rumours of things lurking deep below in the ruins, and if they were extremely extensive, it would become hard to prove or disprove them, but very fun and challenging to try to.
I agree, but would add that fairly shallow into the ruins spawns should start being tough as hell and give very little xp. This way it keeps people from learning too much or farming the spawns that are there. People should be scared as hell exploring down there. Just my thoughts.

Isn't this already the case?
0 xp pr kill and 25 coins fer a horned or floating machine part. Oh, yeah and 20 xp pr part too, returnee only.
Camper's heaven.
I merely meant that if it was going to be expanded, that the spawns should start being too tough to kill and give you nothing for the kill. This way, the only reason to go down is for exploration. PC's will think twice about going to too deep if they fear death enough.
Then there really isn't much reason to explore. Normally, adventurers explore for gold or experience. If they gain neither--you need reasons for them to want to go.
As I said it could be used for qeust area's like a certain other qeust which requires you pass through an already dangerous area to get to the qeust.
There are plenty of reasons aside from gold and experience to explore the ruins of Dunwarren.
I have several projects planned for when my schedule permits, including substantial improvements to the Bowels of the Machine, increasing the size of the accessible uninhabited Dunwarren areas, and expanding the scripting on svirfneblin technology.
I think it'd be great if it got expanded, and with the whole, if its gets to hard in there no one will go, make it, the further out you go, the harder monsters spawn, but i guess it'd have to be pretty big for this, aka. more then one area, which i honestly wouldnt mind. >_>
