As you are well aware of, we are currently in a metal shortage crisis. The situation has improved since we had our discussion, but we are still missing ore. As you stated, there was nothing we had that was of interest despite your request, and I believe the that statement has not changed?

We need the ore to get our armor and weapons, and to repair old and worn such equipment. We also need it for various other pieces. If your organization is willing to lend us aid to find a dependable source of ore, we would be most grateful. Sadly, as there is nothing you seem to want except the request, I cannot offer you anything of interest except recognition for your noble act. As my term as a councilor is coming to an end, I cannot offer future repayments for this act.

Upper Sanctuary owes you a lot, and too many times have you helped without getting a thanks. So I will give my thanks for the offer you have given, little as it may be.
