I am not well aquainted with you, nor you with me, but I believe that there is a matter which we must discuss. I am an initiate of the Society of the Ordered Minds, and recently the decree which you have proposed has caused some disagreement between the you and the rest of the Society. I wish to speak with you regarding certain problems and the decree which you have issued. If you would be so kind as to respond and state when and where we could meet (as soon as possible), I would be very appreciative. Accompanying me will be Cog Ippenshur of the Seekers, who also has questions about your statement. Please leave a sealed letter for me at the Chapterhouse. I believe the last thing we need is another misunderstanding between the people and civil servants of Sanctuary.
