The letter is written with a graceful, yet unusual hand.

To those known as Seekers,

I am the one known as Sorrell Greyn, from what the humans call Cormanthor Wood. Many a day and night I have spent within this accursed place. I have, and still, hold dear to my heart that I shall find a return to my home above.

On that note, I have travelled far and wide across the wretched caverns of the Underdark. Always looking for a means to free myself from this foul existance. Unfortunatly, as of late, I have grown more and more tired and have come to the realization that I must align myself with those who might seek the same.

I ask a position within your organization. I would undoubtedly say that I have seen far more then one could imagine, so my knowledge might be of some worth to you. Additionally, what knowledge your organization has collected might prove worthy to me.

I shall await a response via letter, to be left with the human tender within the place known as Rock Bottom.

Seeker Jenny, having arrived after its destruction, has to ask around the Hall about where the Rock Bottom is, and is very confused when she learns of its destruction; she nearly forgets that her confusion was started by a letter, and leaves it on the cluttered paper-"work" desk, absent-mindedly hoping someone else knows how to respond to him and wondering how old the letter is, and if its author is buried under rubble and lizard bones, and how he'll get a reply if he is.

A shorter note soon follows in the hour or two after receiving the first.

After sending my last note, it occurred to me that I had misnamed the place to receive a response. I had stated the Rock Bottom, when I had meant the Last Stand. Sadly, this might be an indication to the length of my current stay in this place. No matter, I shall await a response with the keep of the Last Stand.
