Honestly i see to much half orcs that are wanaa bee full orcs.

I also think that mountain orcs arent that unbalanced there plus 4 str -2 int -2 wis and -2 cha. and 0 ecl.

I mean I understand gray orcs and orogs being app because there powerful. but mountain orcs im not sure. Plus I feel mountain orcs are cool because if mountain orcs where non app wed start seeing more unique half orcs. Plus Itd give half orcs the bad reputation if we see orcs as examples. Seriously if orcs where non app wed see the raging Dumb stupid beasts they are.

Plus the fact full orcs are legally kill on sight itd make playing a orc a challenge.

That being said, ECL and power level is not the sole reason for application races. Certain races need to be applied for to maintain their uncommon and interesting nature, as well as the integrity of the server setting.
