The agreed deal was that if you can provide transportation from Sanctuary to Loblobliiiblop we will be willing to sell you wares for you to re-sell in your little city. I am unsure if any fisherfolk here would be willing to cooperate with you, though this Shadow Tribe of Kobolds that I hear of may be willing.
