Deleting characters like this is rather complicated. It has been suggested multiple times since the founding of EfU, and I wouldn't expect to ever see it. If you need one or more characters deleted, send a DM a PM with your account name and the name of the characters you want deleted. Alternatively, new accounts work just fine for not filling up your vault with dead PCs.

There are both technical and administrative reasons not to allow players to delete their own characters.

I wouldn't recommend this. Lets be honest, how many of you have entered the fugue in a GAAAAAAAR I'M NEVER PLAYING THIS CHAR AGAINZ mood?

Having that would lead to a lot of rash decisions that people will regret later.

Completely agree with Clucky... I have been there and would have deleted PC's i have subsequently had load of fun with.

The "erase portal" could have instead of two "are you sure" question maybe three ... --- We never know when someone will change their minds ... just kidding .. ---

While seemingly practical, as others have mentioned, these sort of tools are not desirable for EFU as of now. If you want any characters erased, just send a PM to any DM you can get a hold of, and we'll likely get around to it quickly.
