Councillor Andrik Krown, Town Hall

A letter addressed to "Councillor Andrik Krown" is left with a clerk at the desk of the Town Hall offices. When opened it reads:

Esteemed Councillor Krown,

I realise it has been many cycles since last we spoke about the Anti-Aberration Laws. I understand that the implementation of such laws were part of your election promise.

I am sure you have read the lengthy Second Draft that was sketched out by a number of Ordinants. The Council's Legal Clerk, Mr. Varlam Nikitovich reviewed the draft with incredible acumen, finding many areas that need further clarification, one area being to reduce the bill's size. To do such a thing will take at least one further consultation with Mr. Nikitovich, as well as making sure the Society High Commanders Waters and Kingsley approve of the bill.

Due to the relocation of the Society Chapterhouse, it has been incredibly difficult to get a response from any of the High Commanders, or the other Ordinants, to the notion of implementing Anti-Aberration Laws in the Sanctuary Township. We all have been incredibly busy of late. But be assured, Councillor, the bill has not left my mind - nor the intent of the bill to further procure the safety of all Sanctuarians.

I must ask you to be patient with me as I pursue these avenues of inquiry: a Third draft of the Anti-Aberration Bill; consultations on it as a legal document; getting the bill condoned by the High Commanders; and input from Ordinants.

Please pass this letter on to Councillor Reev, if you have time. I understand that he expressed interest in this bill being passed as well.

Yours in the Spirit of a better Sanctuary,

Ordinant Kepler Szul

[A short letter is sent back in reply, and a copy of the received letter is left with the clerk, adressed to Councillor Reev.]

Ordinant Kepler Szul,

Just finish it and send it over, I will wait. Your letter found me just before I went on an overdue visit to someone important to me, so I was able to reply to it before I left my office. My best wishes to your work, and may fortune ever grace your cards.

Councillor Andrik Krown
