Alignments on Hoar

My paladin used smile evil on a couple of the critters that spawned in the Hoar Temple, and I found that it failed on some of them, bringin up the normal *This critter isn't ebul* message. I think it was a skeleton mage or shaman. I thought it might be useful to double check the monster's alignments, since I would assume that everything in that quest is supposed to be evil.

Most undead are neutral, but used for evil means. The creation of undead is evil, but that doesn't mean the skeleton cares about good or evil.

Actually, if you flip through the monster manual, or look at the Bioware monsters, almost all of the undead are evil. It's not that they think that they are evil themselves, it's that they are inherently evil due to the process through which they are made. Unless EfU has exceptions to the norm, then they -should- be evil. The only non-evil undead I can think of is the arch-lich.

This is a bug.

Oh. My bad, then. My only basis for my statement was summoning undead stuff. Some of the summons and animate dead results are neutral. I probably shouldn't respond to things I don't know about.

Fixed. Skeleton Warlocks are no longer just free-spirited.
