I am enqiuring on who's authority it was that these Toll booths have been set up and for what reason. I also find it deeply disturbing that one booth would ask for only 25 gold and another 100 gold. A responce can be left at the Last stand Inn

They were set up on our authority, of course. I fail to see why it would be disturbing that they charge a varying amount of gold; Look at their locations.

For what purpose were these booths set up? for besides ryling up the people of lower and as an attempt to bully New dunearren into compliance i can see no need for them.
