I was walking about the residential district in Old Dunwarren when i was for some unknown reason sucked about 20 feet over to where the toll booth is and then orderd to pay a 100 gold fine to enter an area that i was already in and since i dont have the gold im stuck in new Dunwarren till the next reset.

With the bug on another note, perhaps good to know there's another way in/out New Dunwarren which shouldn't be too hard to find.
