Chaotic Neutrel this is one of the weirdest citys in wich The citys view goals and laws are constantly changing, Though they have laws that increase freedom

Lawful Good- It has a strict set of laws that everybody is willing to follow because it protects them. Often the rulers are very good preists.

neutrel good. This city spends most of its tax dollars helping those in need and has guards willing to defend the city at all times and whatever cost.

Chaotic good. A very extreme city that grants people more freedom and struggles to make itself look good. though the citys government is very chaotic and unorganised but it wishes the best for its citizeins
