I write this letter to the members of your faith with ill news. A member of your church, a man by the name of Card, has fallen on a raid of a goblin stronghold.

I did all within my power to fight aside him, and when he fell, to recover his body. I carried it as best I could within the shadows, but the task was not so simply done. I was able to save your brother from the goblins' foul stew pot, but not in enough time to return breath to his body.

I am truly sorry that I must bring you this news, but I can only hope that you will seek vengeance against those who did this to him. Thank you for letting the Temple know of Card's passing. Turn in his Harbinger equipment to one of the guards at the Temple at your earliest opportunity, and keep the rest. Knowing he fought alongside you at his last breath, I am sure he would want you to keep them. The goblins are been brought to justice everyday by my sword.
