I've enclosed a copy of Cog's plans for the construction. Be sure to note the six statues in the shrine area of Ilmater, Torm, Tyr, Gond, Lurue and Nobanion. I still have to contact an artist to make the three portraits that will hang in the dining hall, but you can see the room Cog left for them.

Cog will be working closely with your men overseeing the construction. Tell them to begin as soon as they are ready.

I will have a contract detailing the division of ownership for the house sent to you shortly.
