Great RP

Just wanted to thank Soniss for some awesome RP about EFU politics in the bookstore between my character, Aziel (aspiring council member), and Kepler Szul.

Here's some screens of the awesomeness:

Thanks again for the RP!

Thanks Aziel! Twas fun.

I also want to thank DM madcaddies for his tongue-in-cheek rescuing mission reminder when my RP hit an all time low while imprisoned in a tomb quest. I've been thinking about it ever since... dont worry.. I got the point. ;)

Kepler.

Kepler Szul guns the bong hard!

*strains his chains, trying to come back to EFU, but the chais of fate tie him hard*

Aziel's going to fail. Dugo was the same in his aspirations. It didn't work. The whole reason that it won't is because you can't get other councillors up from their lazy asses to vote on your ludicrous propositions, and even if they do, they'll be turned down or even vetoed.

Take your bitterness elsewhere! GTFO!

Yeah, obviously Worn did a great job on council, getting exiled 'n all.

Anyway, you probably won't have any trouble getting on council. It's a lot easier than it's made up to be (you'd think it was harder with the 5 seats now, but the lessened 4 are made up by the fact that usually 4 councillors were NPCs).

There's more to his plan than meets the eye. 8)

Evil plan. There's more to his Evil plan... 8)

There's more to everyone's plan than meets the eye. That doesn't change the nature of the situation.

A lot of naysayers believed that Squall and Rinoa wouldn't get together. After all, there was a precedent of destroyed relationships in their past-Seifer had treated Rinoa like dirt and gone bonkers, and Squall had spurned the advances of that hot teacher with the whip, Quistis. Yet, despites those who said they would never come together, and all those who thought that Squall couldn't find love, Rinoa touched his heart, and Squall touched hers, and together, they formed a love that was among the most beautiful and perfect romances to ever be told in a literary and graphical fashion.

So, Aziel, ignore those naysayers, and do what you have to do.

Berosion Evil plan. There's more to his Evil plan... 8)

How could you have possibly guessed that?

I intend to. 8)

No offense, but I hardly think that the overly improbable storylines of Final Fantasy games are relatable to EfU. Especially FF8, which was filled with often seemingly almost random plot twists.

Final Fantasy lovin' is the best kind.

There's no other kind.

I saw the end of FFX coming a mile away.

Ewww...FFX makes my skin crawl....

Must.....kill.....whinest main male protagonist in video game history......

(I hate him so much, I can't even say his name.)

Anyone played XI? I'm considering buying it, but I want feedback on its quality first.

Hey you guys!

This post was originally all about me me me! :P You forget too easily..

Its a good evil plan. Some might think its like storming the gates of Ysinode with a PfE scroll, a sponge, a rusty spanner, and a few obscenities. But I dont.

Guys, I detect a hint of irony in what SquallnRF is saying about the FF improbabilities. The whole world of EfU is based on improbable possibilities? Or is that possible removabilities? Or near- possible random Illithid portal spawns in the Town Hall?

Basically, I think that EfU thrives on risk. If Aziel's plan works - fantastic. You never know until ya give it a go. Just coz such a wild plan didn't work in the past doesn't mean it may not work now. The number one priority is fun fun fun and more fun.

The number one priority is XPz, followed closely by phat lewts.

Yes, phat lewtz are quite awesome.

I'm glad you enjoy what I shared with you about Aziel's evil plan. care to explain your sponge/rusty spanner etc. metaphor?

Here are two videos that, I feel, really sum up my position on this matter.

Don't stop believin', my dudes. (Well, you can stop believin' that there are girls on the Internet. But that is all!)

Wait wait wait. Is this a joke?

Please say this is a joke.

Or an amazing troll

I do not joke around about the amazing romance that comprised Final Fantasy VIII's heart, sir.

Hey Az,

The sponge and rusty spanner thingy comes from The Smith's song called 'The Queen is Dead'. Just a song that's in my head at the moment. I beleive, The Smith's use irony and comedy in their music to make light of the overwhelmingly oppressive feelings they have about their life. I feel this way every time I venture anywhere near the Sand Caverns in EfU. Bad analogy, but there it is.

Sometimes I think, "Ysinode will fall! mark my words. I'm gonna send David Bowie to take em all out. They dont stand a chance." Simply because of how monumentally impossible the task of taking on, let alone entering Ysionode, seems - true George R.R. Martin epic stuff.T hen I realise I'm playing a computer game and stop worrying so much.

I'm serious about your Council Aspirations, Aziel. Many come from the Lower it seems to try to influence Sanctuary politics. Some make it.. some dont. I dont know enough about Council to run, but admire anyone who gets elected. Best of luck mate. Explore your concept to the full. ----------------------------------------------------- In other non-serious news:

You see, before there was FF8, there were 80's sub Brat-Pack movies. This one's my fave. I'm gonna buy it when I earn some money, just for the amazing music soundtrack. Robert Downey is an amazing drummer. And James Spader is an amazing piano player doing a perfect James Dean. Enjoy.
