When you RP a character to be a native of Sanctuary, having lived there for over 40 years, would the character IC know of all the greater IC names and events which took place throughout the years, or do they have to FOIG? I'm mostly talking talking about relatively harmless knowledge here, such as the Tigereyes formerly being hired by spoiler - the people who were in the brightest spots trying to take over Lower, and so forth.
