Agent Sennik,
I understand you recruited & lead a party out two days past to the otherside of the dark lake.
It has been reported to me by a survivor of the debacle that things didn’t go so well and a number of the party were slain by evil spirits.
What was also reported is that you abandonned the fallen, chosing to leave the field of battle and did not attempt check to see if their bodies could be recovered.
I’d like to hear your side of events please as one of the fallen was a friend of mine, namely the dwarf Keldan.

Mr. Thule,
Two of the party were slain by undead, including Associate Lieutenant Ferrand. I was told that their bodies would be recovered, but due to unforseen circumstanstances ((I had to log off, it was 4 AM)), I was unable to go myself. You should enquire with the two who remained, Curtis Crawford and Thorain. I assure you, I did my best to see the two survive, but we were simply overwhelmed.
My condolences for your loss,
Agent Charles Sennik

Agent Sennik,
my thanks for your speedy and courteous reply.
I find it best to hear all sides of the story before I make up my mind on things or at least try to.
I have spoken with Curtis and will try interview Thorain as well.
I also realise that sometimes there are times when things just won't work out the way we wished and that I believe you would have made the attempt if it were feasible to recover the bodies.
As a side note, Thane Kasin wishes to engage the spellguard on a matter. I believe he was dealing with Agent Hectra. I wonder if you could see if she was available?
Thank you
