Sheriff Azzam, Greetings, and well met. My name is Arthur Temmius and I wish to join the ranks of Sanctuary’s watch. I can see a small decrease in the numbers of the citizens most needed group of people, and I wish to patch this hole. It is with my hopes that I join the Watch, that I can better the quality, as well as safety of life in Upper Sanctuary.
