To whom it may concern,

My name is Geraint Redpath, former of the Order of the Aster. Currently, I reside in the City of New Dunwarren. As I have resided in the Ruins of Old Dunwarren for longer and longer, certain facts have begun to assault me that are disturbing at the least, alarming at worst. The threat of the Undead is increadably prevelant here, and as such I am writing to you to request whatever lore that you might guard, or hold within your knowledge upon the size and nature of the Undead that exist in our vicinity. The seemingly endless waves of Undead Svirfneblin is something that'd particularly interest me.

I have recently placed a brief text concerning Dunwarren's undead on the shelves of the library. Unfortunately, it doesn't address their source - no one knows where they are created or who or what commands them. Hopefully it will assist you in investigating or understanding the Undead presence in Dunwarren - at the very least, if not useful to yourself, it may be valuable to those less familiar with combating Undead.

How this settlement has managed to survive for One Hundred and Fifty One years baffles me. Your Council seems to have been operating under the maxim that if you ignore threats to your very existence, they will dissapear. At any rate, the text that you compiled gave a fair insight into the nature of the Undead that threaten us all. At any rate, there are further issues that I fear shall need discussing, but I fear it would be better communicated verbally rather than by the quill. As it appears that you are a very busy man, do not hesitate to contact me with a time in which you would be availible for a discussion. I fear it may well be lengthy.
