Mr Riddle,

As it seems that I have a problem getting away from my works during your office hours, I have decided to forward the gist of my will to you in writing. I will attempt to find the time soon (//this weekend maybe) to pop in and put my signature to it.

The gist of it is this:

All of my material possessions are to go to my partner within the Dunwarren Pathfinding Services LTD - Gobi Stendle, if I predecease him. If he predeceases me, then my gear is to be sold in auction, with the proceeds being donated to the Sanctuary Library, minus a 10% commission to be paid to the auction house.

The only exception to the above paragraph is my book. Within room 12 of the Last Stand is my labor of love entitled "Encyclopaedia Dunwarrica". It is to be donated to the Sanctuary Library whole and unchanged. I would prefer that this was completed by yourself personally, or failing that, by another of your office without it first being read. Once donated to the library and in the caretaking of Miss Tyrell, it is free to be read by all.
