I was browsing through the spells and it occured to me illusions were missing one of the most amusing spells: fantasmal force (that is, basically, an illusion). Illusionnist feed mainly on color spray, invisibility, and darkness.
I don't know what to make of it, so here's what i've got in mind if new spells can be implemented:
It could work like shadow magic, where you get to choose between various things which may be impressive or funny, but actually do no damage. That probably makes it a 2/3 lvl spell.
Shadow magic works like that, but it's not available until level 7, and is a more offensive spell than an entertaining one.
As for what spells/creatures that illusion could summon, i haven't really thought about it, except it MUST summon "clowns"! Probably things darkness, illumination, issac's missile storm (fireworks), some colorful cloud, plus a summon couple of funny creatures. I'd imagine duration to be rather long, too.
As for further developpements/spell upgrades, fantasmal force could be the no damage spell (lvl2) , spectral force the subdual damage on (lvl3), and then get to shadow magic(lvl4) which inflicts real damage.
That was just a thought of a sorceror that envies Bobo the Clown's cool illusions. That's the draft: what your thoughts on this?
