Lord Archibald and Retainers,

Half a year ago, the Harbingers were requested by the current Lord Archibald to investigate the murder of his uncle, Mendrick Archibald. We have waited patiently for the chance to speak with Murp, the butler who was claimed to go insane. Since it seems that the House of Archibald has no apparent wish anymore for this to be investigated, the Harbingers would wish to inquire as to the nature of why. There are many alterior crimes outside of the actual murder, which are being investigated. A meeting with Lord Archibald is also requested, so that we may renew the search for all the criminals in this fiasco with the upmost haste.

Thank you for your concern for this sad event that affected the Family greatly. The family is still yet in shock over the attack on Flamerule 26.

Lord Mendrick Archibald had been slain by a vile goblin assasin. We think it was an Illithid attack as we are led to believe that Murp, the goblin, and perhaps the Orog attack that served as a distraction that dark were thralls. But it is still a bit unclear as to by whose order and why?

I was not involved in the investigation, nor aware of the request of the harbingers to help. I am unaware of the fate of Murp as well.

Revenge for this brazen attack is long overdue, and it would do well to provide such good news to Lord Archibald.

Lord Alexander would not like to speak to anyone of this, but has authorized me to determine if there is anyway to find out more. We should meet to discuss this further.

I hope that Card Lyons is doing well at the temple. He was a Archibald Guardian when the Hoars approached him to join.
