People of Lower. Disorder is in the streets. Chaos and assualts run amok, mostly unstopped. There is no justice.

The Hoaran Temple is here for the people now. We are here for justice. We are here to protect the streets of Lower. We will not oppress with poorly worded laws. We will not enslave. We are here to protect the streets of Lower.

Any who will protect with us, to bring some manner of law back to our home... Any who will search for peace within war, peace against the true enemy... Any who will be a beacon of light in dark times...

Temple of the Harbingers

The Talassan speaks of lightning, speaks of the strength that comes in it. He speaks of repenting, giving up to the strength of the Storm Lord. Take his words with a grain of salt. There is no holy lightning in the streets yet. There is Thunder.

The Doombringer, Lord of the Three Thunders, is here. Not Talos. He attempts to come in, warded off by the Thunder. You see no lightning with this Thunder. Know that while this Thunder lasts, it is what is holy. It comes from the Hoaran Temple. We will stand strong against all threats. We will seek vengeance. Will you seek justice?
