Can you do anything with exposed ore? I've seen it in a couple of quest areas and can't figure out if it's supposed to be good for something.

Exposed Ore is minable (in an RP sense right now), though not all exposed ore is of any real value. For example, it is widely understood that most the ore in the abandoned mines is mined out, and that only remnants of veins exist.
