Currently, at least AFAIA, the only NPCs selling quality Full Plate are Evil. Mikkelson might not be, but it feels piss-poor to buy a full plate which is 1.5x as expensive having negative bonusses as well. What I'm really hoping for is a new, non-evil smith who can hammer yer' olde' custom armor. Or perhaps Mikkelson can do it himself. He's been in the trade for a while now, so he should be getting better at it. Of course the -1 reflex may as well remain to exist as it's scraps from the bottom from the lake, but perhaps he can hammer a different shape into the plates. Evil vendors make Paladins sad. :(

No, the vendor you have in mind sells Half Plate with +1. vs Evil. It burns my eyes though. :o

No offense but I think if your good you should stick with mikelson. Because no offense but sanctuary is without smiths and most smiths out in the underdark are drow ilithid/slaver races ie EVIL! Or another option buy from a player. The underdark is a evil sick twisted place deal with it most merchants will be evil in a dark twisted place.
