Honoured Guardians of Dunwarren,

My name is Patricia Threadbare, mendicant in service to Ilmater. I am currently investigating rumours of one Elizabeth Dufroid's questionable activities in your part of the Dunwarren. In particular, there have been charges of mental influence through arcane magics in order to bend others to her will.

It is my hope that you would find the time to share with me any legal information regarding Candidate Dufroid so that I better know where to search. In exchange, I will be glad to forward the testimonies I have begun gathering once there are enough to warrant a reasonable legal suspicion.

Of course, as I am no legal entity, I have no intention of taking the law into my own hands. I am merely doing what I can to gather evidence should her actions come to light or be questioned in a trial. I will not take action against her myself so far as apprehending her is concerned, though should there be sufficient evidence, in time I plan to attack her political campaign for Council membership.

Men and Women of the Sanctuary Watch,

The man in black armor and the thorny helmet may be a man named Vyktor. Was the helmet black as well, with four large vertical spikes, two on either side?

He is a known collaborator with the slavers Djiara Morsarkhal and Sylus Gray. He wields a blade, the size of a longsword or larger. He was seen in the Lower city recently, and was apparently arrested for tampering with the body of Djiara on the Town Hall steps after her execution.

Your Councillor Highill is in my prayers. I hope that he is returned safely.
