Good Sir Anver,
This is Patty Threadbare. If you will excuse me the formality of written greeting, I really must pen this letter in haste. I am seeking to gather testimony against Elizabeth Dufroid, for improper acts she has been seen committing. First and foremost on my mind is the incident that I believe you spoke to me of; the leading of a mentally ill man to his death and the assault of your personage with magic. If you would please be so kind as to confirm such with a brief, quotable statement, as well as to point me in the direction of other such witnesses, I would be most grateful.
And if I have the wrong person, then I pray you forgive my addled mind.
Warm regards,
~Patty

Greetings Patty,
You have the right person, indeed it was I and the Tormtar Priestess Cassidanah who witnessed her improper actions. A week or two ago we found the man known as Jason following Elizabeth about, he was half naked and acted like an insane man, falling to the floor of the bridge near the bookstore then he began mumbling about slavery and fear, directing it to Elizabeth I believe.
I didn't believe it at first due to the fact that Jason has been causing trouble like a madman even before this incident, anyhow after the incident at the bridge, he acted as if Elizabeth was his slave master and followed everything she tells him to do. At first she helped us, telling Jason to follow us into the Last Stand, where we led him to rest in an inn room.
Rest achieved nothing though and there she started telling him to leave Sanctuary, he would not listen to us and continued on towards the gate, I followed and tried to stop him. At the gate she led him into the mines, once I found them there, I subdued Elizabeth as she was trying to stop me and dragged Jason back by force and since he was unconscious I brought him to the Last Stand where I paid a room for him to rest in for the night.
I checked back an hour later, though he was still asleep and I had to leave. I'm afraid I have not seen him since then. Cassidanah believes that Elizabeth charmed him with a spell, that certainly is a possibility as she is an enchantress, I cannot say for certain, though what I am clear with is that she is nothing that she claims to be, she is certainly not a Ilmateri or a caring person, she could be anything, even a cruel follower of a vile deity.
I hope that helps, Torm's blessing.

Sir Anver,
Janus Darnielle has written to me regarding a matter between her and Elizabeth. It is said that you are aware of this. Would this happen to be the truth? If it is so, then I will worry not when Janus comes to the Beacon. If it is false, then perhaps we are the subject of a very odd plot.
As for your statement, I am grateful that you found the time to write it out for me. I am curious as to whom it was that attacked the other first; you or Elizabeth. Of course, unless it was Elizabeth, it really won't be as effective a way to discredit her to the public, but it could still be useful.
Perhaps it would be prudent to bring her to the attention of the Spellguard. Knowing what you do of the state of Upper, do you think the Agents of the Spellguard still have an interest in preventing the misuse of magic on citizens?
Thank you once more, Sir Anver.

Greetings Patty,
Earlier today when Justiciar Evelyn Lorent and I were at the recently constructed temple of Tyr located at New Dunwarren, Elizabeth came into the temple for a look, there as we tried to make her leave, Evelyn dispelled her with Tyr's blessing and managed to reveal the truth, it seems Elizabeth has been warding herself from the our view and hiding her true nature, she is indeed corrupted and depraved.
Torm's blessing.

Note: Do come by and visit New Dunwarren as well when you are free, Patty.
