I don't suppose we have ever known a great degree about each other. Nor have we spent a large amount of time, creating trust or friendship between each other, but I do believe we are men of like mind.
Please do not help the fracturing of Sanctuary. If you chose to bring your lord's word to Sanctuary, bring it to Upper, not to the unlawfully sequestered area of Sanctuary known as "New Dunwarren".

Greetings Vil'vithna,
I am sorry that you seem to believe I am trying to undermine Upper Sanctuary and I believe this is merely a misunderstanding. Let me clarify this clearly, I am not trying to fracture Sanctuary, but the people of Sanctuary deserve better. I am certainly not one to give up, but for too long they have had to deal with utter corruption within the organizations and the council which were created to protect and assist them.
I do believe it is wrong for you or anyone to place the blame on anyone who seeks a better life, the blame lies on the people who made the decisions.
Certainly I will still aid those in Upper, but I see no wrong in trying to speak of New Dunwarren here. There is a great chance that New Dunwarren can become a bastion of honor and justice and I believe this is what most of the people seek, it isn't my fault that Upper is in the position it is today.
I do hope we remain friends.
Torm's blessing.
- Elmuthalleth Anver.

Perhaps I did not word my thoughts as well as I had intended in my previous missive. I would be lieing if I said it did not bother me to see people leave for New Dunwarren.
As it stands, the rats are jumping the ship, or staking off sections as their own under no lawful right. The Spellguard have taken a portion of the city, the Worm Clan has taken the Canal Ward, gangs have been sectioning off Lower since Bhast cut it away from Sanctuary, and then, you have New Dunwarren.
The point is, Sanctuary, and every self-appointed group can not be allowed to continue as they are, taking apart Sanctuary piece by piece. Forestall your plans to move into New Dunwarren with a new temple. Things have a tendency to change from bad, to worse, and then sometimes, just sometimes, if people try, they get back to good again.
I have a few words I beg you to consider, when deciding upon which citizens require the guidance of Tyr.
Does a thirsty man build a well in a lake? Sanctuary is very thirsty, and we have no lake.

P.S. The name could use some work. New Dunwarren? So old and musty.
