The Journal of Geraint Redpath

Alturiak 7th 1374, Dale Reckoning The Mithrest Athkatla

Athkatla. It is good to be back. It's hard to describe the feeling of the City, it's not altogether tangible, but the feeling is nevertheless there. Part of it is manifest in the smell, I think. The scent of the sea, mingled with age-old wood, and stone. The climate of the City, has more or less retained it's mercantile air. I should remember to tell Jovan that the Coronet remains. He would be pleased.

Moros arrived, as promised. It was good to see him again. I half didn't recognise him, largely due to that ridiculous moustache. He looks akin to a Calishite, trading in dubious goods. I told him so, but it's good to see him. It's been far too long. We'll depart for parts unknown soon, but for now, we fill our time with rest, and rememberance of times passed. Much is to come, I am sure. These old bones need shaking up.
