Well, i was asked about IC about the shadow dancer class, and a dm pounced on me and made me roll a lore check ((Which I succeeded hands down)) after I answered. I am just asking, what items would require a lore check, etc...

In other words, a short list on what we should get a dm for a lore check/spellcraft check.

There is no set list that we can lay down. Some of the PrC classes would only be known in legend and lore, and it is just up to the DM in that situation to have you do that roll. The reason is that while there may be legends and stories about beings who can change shape--into anything, or anybody (shifters), actally knowing they exist is another thing. That takes lore, and a real knowlede of what is behind the legends.

So the PrC Classes require you to know the real material behind each one. Like Shifter turning into -any- shape, or some such thing.
