Seeing Adelia Tyrell's resignation, there is not neough Councilmen to vote for a mayor, and we need one desperately. If the will of the people cannot decide, then the governing factions must do what must be done. A rebellion will unsue if something is not done. Martial law Imposed, something none of us wish to see.

In reality, there has not been enough members to vote a new mayor for some time already. It's a never ending void, that is coming to an end. But worry not, solution will be found.

The only man worthy of becoming Mayor of this fine city has turned himself to stone out of utter shock and disdain for how far we've turned from away from the almighty, unchanging, eternal Lord Grumbar. I suggest you turn your prayers to Grumbar, and perhaps, just maybe, if enough of us pray for the wisdom Grumbar affords us, Starag may yet return to us to lead us to a glorious new era of peace, and un-changing bliss.
