Do our settlements have any trade going between us? If not, then perhaps your tribe would be interested in this. It is time for Sanctuary to have a raise in the economy, and that can only be done by having reliable trading partners to work with. The Shadow Tribe, as our allies and protector, would seem the most obvious choice for this, should we have anything of interest to you. Perhaps you know of other trading partners who would be interested in this to, to the benefit of both.

Concerning citizenship for your tribe, a few questions naturally creeps to the surface.

Will you, as in your tribe, walk mostly among the other citizens or will you stay in the Temple unless trading or patroling?

Will you follow the laws of Sanctuary, or the laws of the Embassy?

If there are anything else concerning the citizenship, please add that as well. I will not promise anything, but I am looking positively on this all. Since I am not a part of the Council, there is nothing I can do about either trade or citizenship for your tribe.
