My name is Patty Threadbare, mendicant in service to the Beacon of Lower City. It is my request that you do me the favour of examining the citizenship records for one Hurc John, a half-orc who gave his life to protect the poor and homeless of Lower.

I am a registered citizen of Upper City with no previous record of criminal activity. I am an ally of Sergeant Kobe, with whom I am working in order to investigate Hurc John's death.

I pray you send what information you can to the Last Stand, so you need not send a traveller all the way down to Lower. I thank you in advance for your time and consideraton.

Hurc John has not registered for a Citizen Stone within the past two months. Being a half-orc, it's unlikely he could have registered prior to this term. Registration is simply having one's name recorded and a Citizen Stone provided, nothing more, so I'm not sure we can aid you in your investigations.
